Itâ€™s true that you can achieve numerous health benefits from walking. You can improve your fitness level, blood pressure and cholesterol level starting with just 30 minutes of daily activity. Weâ€™re here to motivate you to get strong â€“ weekly walking groups led by fitness experts, monthly motivational programs and free health screenings.
